10. Sub-committee or task force

(1) The committee may form a sub-committee or task force as needed to carry out the work it has to do according to this order.

(2) According to sub-section (1) The work, duties, rights and procedures of the sub-committees or working groups to be formed will be as prescribed by the committee.
